Form 1099s are just around the corner!

We wish all of our participants and employers a safe and happy holiday season.
1099R and 1042S Forms will be sent out after the beginning of the year. 1099R forms and 1042S forms are sent each year to those who are receiving benefits from NEAP, and are used in preparing taxes. They are the basic equivalent of W-2 forms that are used when a person is receiving wages from an employer.
If you have recently moved and still have not notified us of your new address, please fax or mail us a signed Change of Address form. You can download one from this site by clicking "Forms" in the left column.
