Being a Covered Employer
As an employer under an agreement in which NEFP is part of your collective bargaining agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), your bargaining unit and non-bargaining employees are permitted to participate in the NEFP. Although NEFP is part of your collective bargaining agreement, your bargaining unit and non-bargaining employees’ participation is optional.
