Form 1099-R's will be mailed by January 31, 2010. These forms serve the same function as a W-2; they show how much money you received from us during the course of the 2009 tax year. These forms are essential for completing your taxes.
If you have not received your 1099-R by February 8, 2010, please give us a call for a duplicate copy. In the event that your address has changed, please send us a signed Change of Address form which can be found here. |
