We will be mailing out 1099-R forms for our participants soon. Since delivery times may vary, we ask that you wait until the middle of February before notifying us if you have not received your form.

In case this is your first time receiving a 1099-R, we recognize that you may not be familiar with this form. Instead of showing your gross wages, the 1099-R shows how much you received from a retirement account in the previous year. You then use this form to complete your IRS and state tax returns for 2007.
