1099R forms were mailed out at the end of last month to all participants receiving benefits. These forms are the basic equivalent of the W-2 forms that are used when a person receives wages from an employer.

If you have not received your 1099R form by February 7, please call our office to request a duplicate copy. Our number is (301) 556-4300.
